Purely Cornish are now stocking Tarquin's Cornish Gin and Pastis it is made by an independent, family company handcrafting Gin and Pastis in tiny batches (the old-fashioned way) by the coast of north Cornwall. At the heart of our process lies a special, flame-fired, copper pot still called Tamara, goddess of the Tamar. Together with a harmonious balance of precision and flair, they are able to produce spirits that are truly exceptional.
